We recommend most babies begin the Sleep Coaching techniques around 4 months of age.
We begin with an extensive consultative process utilizing a sleep assessment tool to determine which approach fits you best. Then we send in one of our Sleep Coaches to help you apply the new approach and tailor it specifically to your family. Your Sleep Coach can work by your side the first few nights simply to offer support or completely implement the sleep plan. Or, if you prefer, all consultations can be conducted over the phone and via email for a reduced rate.
