Mother & baby Matters upholds the highest quality practice standards that are essentially an extension of hospital postpartum care, and are consistent with the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Quality of Care is measured by but not limited to:
- Follow-up calls to clients made by office staff to insure that client needs are being met
- Quarterly quality assurance meetings
- Monthly staff meetings and in-service seminars
- Annual quality assurance review and report
- Daily visit record documentation with client verification and supervisory review
- Quality of service evaluation cards completed by clients
